Today, I received an email from the incumbent congressman all of sudden right before an upcoming election about an outreach program. When I did a simple search on the candidates, the first site in the search list happened to be an abc7 site. While researching further through that website about the two candidates, that website also provided a section on sponsored content, along with an ad.
What is this sponsored content?
The sponsored content section depending on the reach of the advertiser and source of content could be customized at times taking various factors. When I repeatedly refreshed, this is what I got (See below album)
If you are interested, you can do a simple experiment amongst friends at different locations to see whether the sponsored content remains the same.
By the way, how many of you would not mind seeing a third candidate contest in the upcoming elections?
