Considering the effectiveness of the current system, it makes us wonder to start a new rating system, called Jolly Ratings & more. Unlike Moody, as the name suggests appears to be as fickle as mood swings (sample set of recent performance shown below), Jolly will be more fact-based, if it were to happen.
